New York, Oct 10 : Richard Gere has revealed that his divorce from his wife, Carey Lowell, actually helped him in his latest acting project.
The 65-year-old actor, who split from Lowell after 11 years, said that since he was in the midst of the divorce while shooting for ' Time Out of Mind ,' his emotions were "on the surface" which was helpful, the New York Post reported.
The upcoming film also stars Jena Malone and Kyra Sedgwick, and revolves around a homeless man who tries to reconnect with his estranged daughter. (ANI)
Los Angeles: Actor Nick Cannon says he is taking his breakup with wife Mariah Carey day by day.
"I'm just taking everything one day at a time and just being the best person that I can possibly be at the end of the day," Cannon, 34, told Extra, adding that he wishes his wife of eight years, "nothing but the best."
Cannon was photographed sporting an elaborate tattoo which covered up his "Mariah" tribute inking and the actor revealed he requires more sittings to cover it entirely.
London, Oct 10 : Khloe Kardashian's personal trainer has insisted that the 30-year-old reality star is not obsessed with losing weight.
Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who has worked with the Kardashian family for years, said that the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star is "not a crazy lady" about the gym, it's just about the work, the Mirror reported.
Peterson added that the wife of basketball player Lamar Odom has her head down and she's got a steady work ethic and there's no over analysis.
Los Angeles: Actor Nicholas Hoult has slammed the hackers for stealing nude photographs of ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence and posting them online.
In an interview with Good Day New York, the actor said "it's a shame" that his ex-girlfriend's pictures were stolen. "It's shocking that things like that happen in the world. It's a shame," Hoult said.
New Delhi: Sangeet Natak Akademi chairperson Leela Samson has tendered her resignation from the post.
The Minister of State for Culture and Tourism, Shripad Yesso Naik, said that she put in her papers on September 30, 2014 and her resignation has been accepted.
"We received her resignation on Sept. 30 and it has been accepted by the ministry," Naik said. However, he did not disclose the reason for Samson taking the step. Samson, 62, who is also the Censor Board chairperson, was not available for comment.
London, Oct 10 - Jennifer Lawrence's Wikipedia page recently got hacked that showed actress' leaked nude photo as the profile picture.
The explicit image was uploaded for 14 minutes before it was removed and another naked photo was then uploaded, which was left untouched for a further 4 minutes, the Daily Star reported.
According to Jezebel, Jennifer's Wikipedia page was semi-protected, that means only registered members of the website could edit the page, but a "sock puppet" or an account that was made to look legitimate made the changes.
London: 'Modern Family' star Sofia Vergara is thinking about undergoing hypnosis to cure her sweet tooth.
The 42-year-old actress said she is seriously considering going to a specialist to help her get over the obsession with candy, reportedly.
"I heard about someone in LA who got hypnotised so they wouldn't eat candy. I'm seriously looking into that because I'm obsessed," she said.
