Washington D. C., Mar. 18 : Melissa McCarthy is supporting Ashley Graham's take that the fashion world needs to stop using the plus-size label.
Last month, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model said in an interview that she hates the words "real women" and "plus size" and added that she has got plenty of friends of all sizes and different shapes and she doesn't want any of them to feel like they are not real women, reports E! Online.
Claiming that she tries not to use the plus-size label in her fashion line, McCarthy said that every time someone says to her that she makes a plus-size line, she just corrects them by saying that she makes clothes for women.
The 45-year-old actress added that she is not making a plus-size line, but she is just making women's clothing.
The Oscar nominee also said that there's an unhealthy obsession with categorising women in the fashion industry. (ANI)
