Will act in a film next year, says Dia

Mumbai: Actress-turned-producer Dia Mirza says she will definitely act in a film next year as she misses being in front of the camera.

The former Miss India co-owns production house `Born Free Entertainment` along with Sahil Sangha and actor Zayed Khan. They produced `Love Breakups Zindagi` in 2011 and the recently released Vidya Balan starrer `Bobby Jasoos`.

Mumbai: After its success in Maharashtra, actor-producer Shreyas Talpade is planning to make his Marathi venture `Poshter Boyz` in Hindi to reach out to masses.

The film is a humorous take on a key social issue of vasectomy where three individuals find themselves brought together in an awkward situation that has a serious effect on their day-to-day life.

"I am getting a lot of requests from my friends in media and Bollywood that I should make the film in Hindi so that people across India can enjoy it. I am thinking of making it in Hindi and let`s see what happens," Shreyas said.

Kayoze Irani begins dubbing for 'The Legend of Michael Mishra'

Mumbai - Actor Kayoze Irani has begun dubbing for his third Bollywood project `The Legend of Michael Mishra`, which will see his father Boman Irani in a cameo appearance.

Kayoze has previously worked with his father in his debut film `Student of the Year` in 2012.

"Start dubbing today for `The Legend of Michael Mishra` nervous. Not dubbed in so long," Kayoze posted on Twitter. `The Legend of Michael Mishra` is a comedy drama film directed and written by Manish Jha. The movie, which went on floors in January this year, also stars Arshad Warsi and Aditi Rao Hydari. (PTI)

Mumbai: Director Rohit Shetty said his dream is to direct megastar Amitabh Bachchan in an action film and also wishes to team up with superstar Salman Khan.

"It is my dream to work with Mr Bachchan. I want to do an action film with him. I have not really told him that I want to work with him in a full-fledged film," Shetty said.

Bachchan had done a special song in Shetty`s directorial venture `Bol Bachchan`.

The 71-year-old actor had also lent his voice for the opening episode of the fifth season of action-adventure reality show `Khatron Ke Khiladi`, hosted by Shetty.

Mumbai - Model-actor Kushal Punjabi is the latest celebrity dancer to get eliminated from `Jhalak Dikhhla Ja`, just four weeks after his entry on the show as a wild-card contestant.

The `Kaal` actor had teamed up with choreographer Mohena on the show, who was earlier with another evicted contestant Purab Kohli.

"Frankly, I did not expect it coming. Judges have always praised me and given me great scores so I did not think I would lose so early. In fact, I had prepared my next act, which I feel would have been my best act on the show," Kushal told reporters.

Mumbai: Actor Vivek Oberoi will play the role of a CBI officer in Yash Raj Films` (YRF) upcoming movie `Bank Chor`.

With this film, Vivek returns to YRF after 12 years, post his successful last outing with them in Shaad Ali`s `Saathiya`.

"The game just got bigger with Vivek hitting the `Bank Chor` crime scene. Vivek brings his A-Game to whatever he does, and with this character... He is going to set the screen on fire. We are thrilled to welcome him," YRF`s business and creative head for youth films, brand partnerships and talent management, Ashish Patil said in a statement here.
