Mumbai: Actor Ranveer Singh, who plays the protagonist in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani", says he is nervous about how people would react to his portrayal of Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao.

"Bajirao Mastani" will be clashing with Shah Rukh Khan's much awaited film "Dilwale" and the 30-year-old actor is nervous about the acceptance of his character and film.

Irrfan Khan dismisses Sarabjit biopic rumours

Mumbai: Actor Irrfan Khan has shot down rumours of playing the titular role in director Omung Kumar's upcoming film "Sarabjit", a biopic on the slain Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh.

The "Piku" star, who is in Budapest shooting for his next Hollywood project "Inferno" alongside Tom Hanks, said he has not been approached for the film.

"I haven't been approached to play Sarabjit at all. This news is definitely not true," Irrfan, 48, said in a statement.

The 66-year-old Bollywood's "Dream Girl" took to Twitter today to share the news of becoming a grandmother and thanked her fans for congratulatory messages.

"Thank you all for your good wishes. Yes Ahaana has delivered a baby boy & we are all so thrilled! Mother & baba are fine!," Hema tweeted.

Ahaana's elder sister Esha hosted a star-studded baby shower for her in March.

"Udta Punjab", a thriller directed by Abhishek Chaubey of "Ishqiya" fame, also features Shahid Kapoor and Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles and is being produced by Phantom Films and Balaji Motion Pictures.

Mumbai, May 8 : Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on Friday furnished a bail bond of Rs 30,000 in the Mumbai Sessions Court, before returning to his Bandra home, where a swarm of fans had gathered to catch his glimpse.

Earlier in the day, the Bombay High Court suspended Salman's five year sentence in the 2002 hit-and- run case. He was asked to surrender his passport and submit the bail bond.

Hundreds of ecstatic fans broke into celebrations after the sentence was suspended.

Mumbai: Superstar Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming films `Tamasha' and detective drama `Jagga Jasoos' will hit theatres on November 27, 2015 and June 3 next year respectively.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Imtiaz Ali, `Tamasha' will see Ranbir teaming up with Deepika Padukone again after `Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' and `Bachna Ae Haseeno'. The duo finished the Delhi leg of shooting the film in March.

Ranbir, 32, and Imtiaz are also collaborating again after `Rockstar'.

Mumbai: Bollywood divas Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone will be seen dancing together for the first time on screen in the upcoming film "Bajirao Mastani" and the "Mary Kom" actress is thankful to her co-star for a successful shoot of the song.

The film, also starring actor Ranveer Singh, marks the first time Priyanka, 32, and Deepika, 29, will be seen sharing screen space.

"Thank u Sanjay sir @remodsouza_1 @shampa_s Kruti @deepikapadukone and #TeamBajiraoMastani for an awesome song shoot. See u on set next schedule," tweeted Priyanka.
