Los Angeles [USA], Mar.25 : The 'Anarchist' is coming!

Jake Gyllenhaal is all set to star in a drama about an American who joins the fight against Islamic state in Syria, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Gyllenhaal will be reteaming with 'Life' director Daniel Espinosa for this project, which is an adaptation of the Rolling Stone article, 'The Anarchist vs. ISIS'.

Espinosa is set to direct the film adaptation and will produce under his newly formed production banner BOZI alongside Ninestories' producers Gyllenhaal and Riva Marker.

Johannesburg, Mar. 30 : A destructive scene of Jean-Marc Valee directed 'Demolition' has turned Jake Gyllenhaal into a '12-year-old version' of himself.

The actor portrays troubled investment banker Davis Mitchell in the drama and with young co-star Judah Lewis, he had a great time shooting the destructive scene, which used a real house, reports Channel 24.

According to the 35-year-old actor, "it was so much fun" and the director ended up trashing pieces of the house himself. "Everybody became the 12-year-old version of themselves," he said.

Los Angeles: Actress Lily Collins has been roped in to play one of the lead roles alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in Netflix's 'Okja'.

The monster movie will be directed by 'Snowpiercer' helmer Bong Joon-ho, reported The Wrap. Tilda Swinton and Kelly Macdonald are slated to co-star in

the film, which will be co-produced by Netflix, Lewis Pictures and Brad Pitt's company Plan B Entertainment.

Collins, 27, will play an anarchist named Red who's the only female member of the higher-ranked ALF members.

The 35-year-old actor has recently joined the cast of the science-fiction movie that narrates the story of the crew of the International Space Station that discovers a life form on Mars, reports News24. com.

Previously, it was reported that Reynolds gave up on the lead role in the flick and chose the supporting role instead due to scheduling clash with the action thriller 'Hitman's Bodyguard.'

Gyllenhaal has now been cast for the lead role of the flick.
