Shahrukh Khan's 'FAN' now postponed to September 2016

New Delhi, June 29 - Shahrukh Khan's real life fans may be left disappointed, as Bollywood helmer Karan Johar recently tweeted the news of king khan's upcoming film 'FAN' being postponed.

The tweet read "Adi just called and asked me to release BROTHERS on the 14th of August, 2015 as FAN is postponed... gestures likes this make my day special..."

Instead of the scheduled date, the film will now release in September 2016.

Reports have revealed that the delay of the film is due to the ongoing work on the VFX effects that will be seen in the film.

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan is shooting back-to-back for 'India Poochega-Sabse Shaana Kaun?' and film 'Fan' but the superstar says he is enjoying interacting with real people on the TV show despite a physically-gruelling schedule.

"Shooting for this show while working on 'Fan' has been very hectic but what has kept me going is meeting real people. This show is about common people be it the questions or the answers. It is very tough physically but mentally I am on a break as I get to talk to so many people. I am having fun," Shah Rukh told PTI in a telephonic interview from Mumbai.

Mumbai: Veteran actress Rekha`s much-awaited film `Super Nani` will release this Diwali when superstar Shah Rukh Khan`s `Happy New Year` will also hit the screens.

`Super Nani` has been confirmed for release this Diwali on October 24, a press release issued here said.

Touted as Rekha`s long awaited comeback to mainstream venture, the film also stars Sharman Joshi, Shweta Kumar, Anupam Kher and Randhir Kapoor.

Bangalore, June 2 : Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan, co-owner of IPL-7 winner Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), was over the moon, as he revelled and regalled thousands of frenzied fans at the Chinnaswamy stadium in early Monday.

After remaining on the edge till the final over with daughter Suahana aside, Khan jumped off the seat when spinner Piyush Chawla hit the winning run with a four to the fence in the last (20th) over of Parwinder Awana to lift the trophy for the second time in two years.

Knights won the title in 2012 beating Super Kings at Chennai.
