A statement posted on Facebook said Jarreau "passed away this morning. He was in the hospital, kept comfortable by his wife, son, and a few of his family and friends. A small, private service is planned, for immediate family only. No public service is planned yet this time," reports The Guardian.

The statement on the Facebook page also called on the singer's admirers to donate for the Wisconsin School of Music.

In the video shared on her social media, the 31-year-old begins in the kitchen, gyrating then using a wood spoon as a microphone. She then jumps on the sofa where her son Zahir is hanging out.

Ciara then dances by her husband who throws her an adoring look before she leans in a doorway to rub her growing baby bump.

She ends the video with an amazing dance sequence.
