Washington D.C. [USA], Sept. 6 : Looks like Beyonce needs to put a pause to her Formation World Tour that started in April this year.
MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which was supposed to host the 'Hold Up' singer on September 7, announced the news of this rescheduling "as a result of strict doctor's orders for vocal rest," reports E! Online.
According to reports, Beyonce's singing an average of 35 songs a night during her ongoing Formation World Tour is the reason for this strict order.
Hence the show has been scheduled to October 7.
New York: Beyonce has topped the winners list at this year's MTV Video Music Awards scoring a string of top honours, including video of the year for her politically charged song, "Formation" and best female video.
The 34-year-old superstar led all nominees heading into the show with 11 nods for her groundbreaking Lemonade album and short film.
And she quickly racked up the prizes, earning best choreography, best direction, best cinematography, and best editing for "Formation", which she performed as part of a show-stopping Lemonade medley.

Rita Hazan, who started as a hair dresser aged 17, says that the position of the "Lemonade" hitmaker's highlights are very important and she has to attend the singer's concerts to carefully study her hair and how it falls to know exactly where to place the dye, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"With Beyonce, the placement of her highlights is very important to me, so I do homework. I go to her concerts and I watch how her hair moves in the wind," Hazan said.
Los Angeles, Aug 3 : Singer Rita Ora has opened up about her relationship with singer Beyonce Knowles and her husband Jay Z, calling the former a "queen of life".
Ora was signed to Jay Z's record label Roc Nation in 2008 but the pair's seven-year work relationship became strained after she released only a single album amid her five-album recording contract. In December 2015, Ora filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation and then parted ways in June.
In addition, fans accused Ora of being the woman whom Knowles allegedly cheated with her rapper husband.
Los Angeles, Aug 1 : Singer Beyonce Knowles is expanding her empire, which includes fashion and film work on top of her music, by reportedly setting up a TV network.
According to The Sun newspaper, Beyonce is said to be expanding her management company Parkwood and will launch the network within the next ten years, reports dailystar.co.uk.
The network will feature more serious programming, such as documentaries about African and American history.
"She intends to create her own TV network just like Oprah," a source said.
Los Angeles, July 31 : American record producer and songwriter Mike Will Made It has praised singer Beyonce Knowles for "empowering her people" through her music.
The producer worked on "Formation" with Knowles and he is impressed that she uses both the lyrics and video for the song to protest against racial discrimination, reports billboard.com.
"She went out there and empowered her people. She is telling our people to be proud of our wide nostrils -- something Michael Jackson was so ashamed of, he changed his face," he said.
Los Angeles, July 28 : Singer Beyonce Knowles will reportedly perform at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
According to a fan page on Twitter, Knowles will have a special stage performance at the upcoming VMAs, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Beyonce will be giving a very special performance at the VMAs. Don't miss it," read the post on the page.
"We wouldn't make such bold statements without 100 per cent confirmation, don't doubt us," it said.

The pop star filed court documents refuting filmmaker Matthew Fulks' legal claim that she stole ideas from his film 'Palinoia,' TMZ.com reports.
According to court documents, the 'Halo' singer pointed out that her HBO special is about "an African-American woman, who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship."
