Los Angeles, Dec 5 : Actress Jessica Alba puts coconut or olive oil on her hair every night.
The 35-year-old, who has daughters Honor, 8, and Haven, 5, with husband Cash Warren, was taught by her mother to look after her hair and skin from a young age. So, she always takes the time to do so, reports femalefirst.com.
"My mum told me to always take care of my skin, so I did from a very early age and she taught me to put coconut oil or olive oil on my hair every night," Alba told Look magazine.

The actress spoke about her workout plan during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". She says she got in plenty of exercise effortlessly on Halloween, reports dailymail.co.uk.

DeGeneres asked: "You really don't go to the gym? You really look horrible, I was going to tell you you should start taking care of yourself because you really let yourself go!"
To that, Alba said: "Thanks - it's called stress".
London, Aug 28 : Actress Jessica Alba agreed to star in "Mechanic: Resurrection" because she and her husband are big fans of actor Jason Statham.
Alba feels Statham is the best when it comes to watching action movies, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"My husband and I are both fans of Jason Statham. I love action movies and think he's one of the best - if not the best - action stars right now. I mean, what Jason can do with his body is insane. He's better than some stunt people that I've worked with," Alba told HELLO! Magazine.
