Julianne Moore, Robert De Niro team up for TV series

Los Angeles, Aug 9 : Actors Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore are teaming up for a TV series, which will be helmed by David O. Russell.

Details of the project are still sketchy but it is believed to be a limited series, reports variety.com.

It's not clear if the project is set up at a production entity yet but Scott Lambert, Alexandra Milchan and Megan Ellison are on board as producers.

The Moore-De Niro project would mark his most significant foray into TV. IANS

Los Angeles: Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore is in talks to play the villain in 'The Kingsman 2', the sequel to the Fox surprise hit that starred Colin Firth and Taron Egerton.

Matthew Vaughn is back in the director's chair, said The Hollywood Reporter. Egerton is back with the action said to move from London to the US. Firth is not due to come back at this stage.

Details for Moore's character were not revealed but it is understood that she will be the piece's bad guy, if a deal is made.

Washington, Apr 01 - Julianne Moore has reportedly been dropped from becoming the face of Turkey's Tourism Campaign, due to her "poor acting".

According to the reports, the 54-year old Oscar winning actress, had shot a promotional film in Los Angeles last year titled, 'Home Of', where she was seen revisiting her childhood journeys to Turkey, but the Culture and Tourism Ministry rejected her "poor" performance and asked for a re-shoot, which she has refused to do, E! Online reported.
