Los Angeles, April 3 - Former Girls Aloud band member Sarah Harding, who went to a rehab for three weeks in October 2011 to be treated for an addiction to sleeping pills and alcohol, believes her attitude towards life has improved dramatically since then.
"I am 200 percent better in terms of my inner strength and attitude. I am a lot calmer. I still have my hyper days, but I just take one day at a time," contactmusic. com quoted Harding as saying.
"In the band, it was a rollercoaster. And yes, I have learned from my mistakes," she added.
London, Nov 26 - Band Girls Aloud are reportedly taking special care of member Sarah Harding because of her rehab stint in 2011.
Harding had to go rehabilitation after breaking up with DJ Tom Crane in 2011 as she struggled with alcohol and sleeping pill addiction.
However, her band mates Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh, and Cheryl Cole are working hard towards her recovery.
"The girls are really looking after her. Sarah has put a lot of effort into her recovery and the band want to be fully behind her if she feels low," Heat magazine quoted a source as saying.
Los Angeles, Nov 21 - Singer Sarah Harding, member of Girls Aloud band, says she loves reading books on celebrities who are dead.
"I've got a bit of a morbid thing - I read about dead celebrities," thesun. co. uk quoted Harding, 30, as saying.
"I've got a bit of an obsession with Marilyn Monroe, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley and people like that. I have actually got a book on dead celebrities," she added. (IANS)
London, Sep 21 : Singer Sarah Harding puckered up to an albino Burmese python at an awards function here in the British capital.
The Girls Aloud star was photographed with the snake at the Lingerie Awards Wednesday night, reports thesun. co. uk.
Helped by a female snake charmer, the 30-year-old singer looked smitten as she cuddled and kissed the snake.
She is not the first singer to pose with a reptile. Britney Spears performed "I'm a slave for you" at the 2001 MTV Music Video Awards with a live python around her neck.
Los Angeles, July 21 - Singer Sarah Harding says she drinks alcohol in moderation following her stint in rehab earlier this year.
"I am allowed to drink in moderation. That's about it. I have a couple of glasses here and there with dinner. I don't really want to talk about the personal sort of stuff but that wasn't," New magazine quoted Harding as saying.
Rumours were loud that she is reuniting with ex-fiance Tom Crane, but Harding says she has only time for work right now.

London, July 12 - Singer Sarah Harding saw a drunken man lying in the street unconscious and rescued him while holidaying in Ibiza.
"Sarah was driving around the island in a hired car when she saw this young guy passed out on his back with vomit around him. She slammed on her brakes and rushed over to him to see if he was okay," femalefirst. co. uk quoted a source as saying.
"Luckily, he was still breathing, but she was worried about him, so she put him on his side in the recovery position and then flagged a passing car down for assistance."
London, July 7 : Singer Sarah Harding has reportedly reunited with ex-fiance Tom Crane.
The 30-year-old, who split from her DJ partner after three years together last summer, is reportedly giving their romance another shot after meeting up with him on the Spanish party island Ibiza.
